All sessions are confidential and no settlement is binding until such time as you and your spouse execute a written agreement memorializing the settlement terms. At all times, you have the ability to withdraw from the divorce mediation and/or to consult with an attorney or other individual of your own selection prior to executing any agreement resulting from the divorce mediation.
